its makes my anxiety go through the roof!!!

its tantamount to claustrophobia (which i have issues w as well) for me.

strangest thing. i stay at home a lot most of the time anyway even when i can get out. but when the option to get out when i need/want to is taken away, it REALLY freak me out. i hate snow days because it makes me feel so on edge. then i am total bitch city to my kids BECAUSE i am on said edge. which i am trying not to be...but i have a very short fuse with them. i am trying to just make myself chill...but its difficult.

maybe i need to come up with a calming snow day mantra to help calm my nerves.
