I'll be working on these stories for a while. Enjoy.
I stood on the ice cold linoleum in his kitchen. I held the bottom of my floor-length dress in each hand. My mascara would have stained it if it were any other color than black. "Did you?" I asked him. His blue eyes stabbed right through me. It was a look I saw once when I was 16. I didn't like it then, and I didn't like it now. "Frank, speak! Did you fuck her?" He took a breath. "Honestly. Do not lie, please. Did you fuck her?"
"Yes"
The automatic human reflex kicked in and my hand snapped across his face. "WHY?" I shouted. He smiled, "Oh, Pinks... We both just wanted comfort. I have plenty of attention and love to shower on you."
I dropped the coal fabric in my hands and ripped the diamond necklace from around my neck, tossing it in his face. It bounced and landed on the floor with a clatter. I could feel his breath on my face as I stepped forward "Fuck you, Frank."
